      So I get youre bitter that you cant afford travelling, but how is that OPs fault? Doesnt make the statement less true.

    Poor people are fucking sick of hearing this shit. Especially as an unfortunate resident of the USA. I get no paid vacation whatsoever. I have to pay for my vacations twice; once for the vacation itself and again because I’m not working.

    This is something that is not universally true. You would not say something like that if you’ve ever traveled with small children.

    It really is. Not even a big trip. Anything that changes your perspective is very helpful. Putting everything into context.
