I was going to ask “did he deserve it?” But then I read the word ‘mansion’.
It’s not a mansion that happens to be owned by the governor. It’s the Governor’s Mansion. It’s owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Yeah. A few states don’t have an official residence for the governor, but I think almost all do.
