Another nationwide protest sponsored by the 50501 movement is scheduled for Saturday, April 19. Here are some of the cities hosting demonstrations.
Last I checked, it seemed like Atlanta had three different ones (the one mentioned here, another one nearby at Piedmont Park starting at 10AM, and another one at the state capitol starting at 2PM).
I’m confused about which one(s) to attend and why they aren’t combined into one bigger protest.
Presumably due to safety regulations imposed by the city council. Just a guess.
There’s so many more protests than the map or lists show. For example my city only showed 3 in nearby and nothing for in the city, but when i searched there is one downtown. See up to date by searching your city/town on https://www.fiftyfifty.one/events

I’ll be there.
WIll you?
Going to be a beautiful, sunny day here. Nothing better to do than go hang out with some like minded humans.
I’m already on my way, but only to a small rally in my German hometown. That’s important for us too. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for all the friends we still have in the US and hope for a lively turnout!
Do something! Even here, on the other side of the planet, we have problems with Trump (not like the previous US government was good but still much better)
