Back before they were Hermes, I had a similar notification for something I ordered and never received it. The app was forever stuck in “We’ve got your parcel”. Never did find a way to contact them to ask where the hell it was!
They weren’t trying to deliver it.

In france they got Colis Privé (private parcel), infamously called Privé de Colis (no parcel for u) and they have spent some effort to up their ranking from 1.2 to 2.3 !!

That logo alone looks like a phishing email.
I’d put more trust in a phishing scam to accidentally deliver my shit than Evri to attempt to deliver it.
You’ll probably get your parcel, ones it’s been accidentally sent to three regional depots that are in the opposite direction.
