Land’s location: mouse cursor (towards middle)

White-ish buildings in pink area didn’t exist 20 years ago. Half of them didn’t exist 10 years ago.

That pink area recently expanded. Towards the middle left side. There’s no infrastructure there yet but it will probably be mostly full after 10 years.

Pink area will almost certainly keep expanding. Atm it’s about 3km away from my land.

I am thinking of selling in a few years (after QE) mainly because I want to see money in the “bank”. Holding land makes me feel like I am constipated lol

This should perform better than S&P until my land is included in the pink area. In last 10 years, it did perform better than S&P.

Country seems to be doing well compared to its recent past. GDP, growth, stability, exports, so on. Next 10 years would be better last 10 years if western countries focus on Russia or China.
