    Yep.

    I always want the rookies to do well, getting to the F1 grid is their dream, and you never want to see people struggle against that.

    But the reality is it’s an incredibly competitive and difficult sport, with very few spaces, and you’re getting compared to some massively talented people.

    I don’t imagine it’s easy and with all sports once you get inside your own head it can spiral quick.

      And not just competitive. It’s crazy expensive. Make a big mistake and you are costing your employer millions of dollars in extra expenses. You better bring a big bag of cash if you are a driver who tends to crash every other race weekend and aren’t talented enough to drive into the points.
