    Very interesting… hadn’t heard of them before… Great sound.

    Kiss The Blade was formed in Gloucestershire, UK in 1984 and had a lot of Radio 1 airplay by Janice Long. “The Party’s Begun” was the first single and “Young Soldier”(a protest song against the Faklands war) followed.

    Kiss The Blade was a obscure UK post punk / new wave / dark / gothic quartet fronted by vocalist/guitarist Terry Elcock and guitarist Tim J. Broughton.

    Looks like there was another band with the same name formed in Austria in 1991 (who are on bandcamp) which might make it a bit harder for people to find out about them.

      Yes, definitely a bit higher profile among elder goth and postpunkers. Not a lot released and it’s release was a long time ago. But just as good still today.
