I would say you’d be right if Cyberpunk 2077 was just released, but the game has been fixed since then. Play it, it’s fun. Or you know pirate it, it’s got no DRM you don’t even need a crack for it.
Now I doubt this switch version will be as smooth running or as beautiful as the PC release. So yea don’t buy it, 'least not on day one, basically everyone who’s been gaming since 2014< knows not to do that.
