At this point, I’m rooting for this tariff war to keep heating up. Yes, it hurts American and Chinese consumers, which sucks, but the more Americans are hurt by Trump’s ridiculous dick-measuring policies, the more of them will recognize the error of their votes. The MAGA crowd is in a cult and will never change their minds, but its the independents that really got Trump elected and they’re sway-able. Admittedly fucking stupid to vote for him in the first place, but perhaps sheepish enough to change their votes once they see the wolf’s teeth.
