Issuing its decision in an unsigned order on Thursday, the justices directed Judge Xinis to explain her initial ruling and the extent to which she required the Trump administration to “effectuate” Mr Garcia’s return.
The justices did not give the administration a deadline for when Mr Garcia should be returned.
I hope he’s alright. Probably lost his job and everything. It’s big trouble if someone is suddenly gone. This guilty until proven innocent stuff is a huge mess.
There’s a very strong chance that he is not alright. The SCOTUS demanded his return with no deadline, probably to let this fade as a story.
I’m betting he’s dead by now
