Yeah, it looks like that the new App Version was built from scratch rather than just a new Interface on top of the previous infrastructure. Because of that, features were not implemented (yet) but the public release was pushed out for whatever reason.

There is a lot of anger about this on both Reddit and the forums about this with countless posts about how poor that “new Plex Experience” is. Things not working or straight up missing.
