Rule of thumb when I can’t decide what to listen to, grab one of the first five Sabbath albums. Never fails!
This copy is pretty crappy, or my current turntable and speakers just can’t do it justice. Someday I should get the remaster, but for now I have a lot of affection for a pressing that is, after all, only a few years older than myself.
Great album front to back. Amazingly, I found a copy at a thrift store for 2 dollars. It was a great day.
Bargain bins to the rescue, once again 😄 I was around when the first push for CDs happened, and I could have gotten so many classic albums on vinyl at dumping prices. I’m kicking myself now that I didn’t.
