    Why did housing and rents double.

    Why is a hamburger at Boston pizza now 19$.

    Why do we spend more on servicing the debt we accrued during this period than we spend on health transfers?

    I’m not really a conservative, I just don’t believe the progressives are actually progressive, I look at their track record. Mass immigration, debt accrual, and stagnant wage gains. Carney already also removed the capital gains tax, the first thing they’ve done for the poor in my eyes that wasn’t entirely dwarfed by the rising cost of living.

      The Liberal Party of Canada can hardly be called progressive, and I never implied as such. I never even mentioned the Liberals in my comment, I’m just talking about Conservatives here.

        Ya fair enough. Maybe despite not forcing the Liberals hand on cutting the insane cost of living growth the NDP would actually be better, but with wanting to implement price controls I would doubt it. They don’t seem to understand how the Liberals caused it to begin with.
