To give a spoiler the name “nsfw”, do it like this:
::: spoiler nsfw _nsfw content_ :::This would show as
nsfw
nsfw content
I did wonder why my client put the word “spoiler” twice, but I already had the picture block and I didn’t want to accidentally put boobs in the comment section, so I just rolled with it.
