      There are so many methods, such as reporting on the government platform website, making a call to the complaint hotline, and sending a complaint letter, and all of them are very efficient.

        It’s good that those resources exist. What if it’s a policy that the government is not open to feedback on?

          If the feedback is not accepted, it can be provided to other departments, such as the procuratorial department.
