What if I used compressed air
Based on this strange series of questions, I think what you need to do is play the Sonic Inflation series on Newgrounds (three part series, pretty fascinating stuff actually.)
But no, your lungs put at about 300 Pascals of pressure, which is not enough to inflate something in the human body which not meant to be inflated. (You can cause problems by blowing air up things though.)
