They do pay taxes. This weird myth that immigrants somehow all work live and work in the US for free is silly. They pay income tax if they work, they pay sales tax when they buy things, they pay property tax if they own a home or help someone financially who does.
Then we should reform our immigration policy so we can tax them right? That’s the only carrot on a stick I think they conservatives might take.
