How do I download a blob: video?

Note that searching for a .m3u8 file does not show anything.

The video in question is on snapchat web. I don’t have a (smart) phone on me right now, so I can’t download it the official way.

ytdlp can handle a lot of these services.

I’ve been able to get SoundCloud shit that’s exposed by playlist but not downloadable without paying.
