I’m told development would start in parcels near 39.82167472875029, 32.66417907458052 and 39.81497770263071, 32.65652921707371. And then development would move to parcels near 50m and 35m boulevards. The parcel I highlighted is next to 35m boulevard. When would this parcel be ready for development in your opinion?
