JFC get over yourself. If the animal does it to itself, and you rush it to the vet like this person did, that is in no way, shape, or form ‘animal abuse’.
If you look closely, you see it’s at the vet. So the cat likely isn’t placed in the collar by the owner’s intention.
Yup, cat got its stuck in a vase, it broke and now they are at the vet.
