SO NOBODY KNOWS A WEBITE TO ASK SUCH QUESTIONS? THEN WHAT’S THE POINT OF HAVING INTERNET?
As community links:
I’ve only done limited research into this as I often don’t get into Economy stuff but this seems like a okay community, but obviously check it out and see if you can ask questions and stuff in it but don’t see why you can’t
I have been surprised an investing community didn’t exist since joining Lemmy; while there is overlap to some degree, the specific aims of investing maybe too macro or indeed numerous to not overrun economics.
1 vote for you to create a new community, but request it not be on Lemmy.world just for healthy diversification of fediverse content

It really is the best place. Yes, yes, “reddit bad”. But the “Ask X” subs tend to actually have some decently high quality information because they vet commenters so that actual experts in the field have a much louder voice than others. You’d have a hard time standing up a similar forum on Lemmy because (a) there isn’t as much traffic volume, so experts would be less interested in coming around and (b) because economists would quickly get tired of economically illiterate leftists asking the same questions over and over and then demonizing them when they don’t say Marx was right about everything.

I’d recommend to favour non-ml communities
