Hey everyone, I recently got an orchiectomy, I am over the moon!

One if the main reason I got this surgery was dysphoria in my testicules, now that that is gone I discovered I am actually quite fond of my penis, it’s neat cool and original lol, and I’d like to use it for piv or similar. However I find myself in a slight predicament since when fully erect it feels kind of painful.

I assumed this was atrophy but I’ve been using it more than daily for months and I initially had atrophy, the pain isn’t the same.

Indeed it feels more like the skin around the penis is tight like if there was too much pressure inside, after looking my symptoms someone over on Reddit said that they had that problem too and fixed it using testosterone cream.

Do any of you gals have had experience with testosterone cream, does it work, did it raise your systemic testosterone?

Thanks for reading <3

I’m cis, but if it helps: I was prescribed testosterone cream in my youth for a light case of phimosis. It did help loosen the foreskin over a few weeks of application. It seemed to be a pretty regular treatment, though the doctor’s first plan was to circumcise me, this way was only suggested when I probed him for more conservative approaches.

I guess the interaction with T blockers or estrogen would make your case a lot more complicated. I hope you get more comments specifically from trans people (though dandelion’s comment looks really good already, more can’t hurt)
