I was told I didn’t need medication for my bipolar disorder, all I needed was to follow a Keto diet.

I did try keto during one of my manic episodes once. Ended up talking to God. I’m an atheist.

Financial advice from old men who should spend more time minding their own business and less time giving advice when it was never asked.

If I listened to them, I’d end up a miserable old man giving advice that no one asked to hear.

Know what I like about here, I just remembered not missing from the R place? Not seeing every legitimate gripe responded to by an edge lord with something about “touching grass bruuhhhh”

“You have to want to be better”.

Q: How many psychologists does it take to change a light globe?
A: Only one, but the light globe has to want to change.

I have a pointless advice to give: the problem is that you’re thinking it instead of doing it. You think you want to, you think you should, you think it’s the correct action, but the thinking part is all you do. There’s nothing anyone can say that will change you until you stop thinking and start doing.

    So just
