Sadly the top image is the same for both things for us, unless it features heavy explicit consent seeking and respect for consent, caring about all involved parties beyond just getting what they can out of them, and/or slow burning getting to know each other. Sadly most writers do not like to do any of these things (and thus most tagging systems on most sites do not have support for consent, only a lack of it).
