FBI offers $50,000 reward for suspect sought in targeted shootings of Minnesota state lawmakers

Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband have died after they were shot at their home in Brooklyn Park.

Minnesota state senator John Hoffman and his wife were shot at their home in Champlin and Minnesota state representative Melissa Hortman and her husband in Brooklyn Park were reportedly shot by a gunman impersonating a police officer.
