    Question, what is the political difference between killing the head of the army vs killing the head of the country?

    I mean obviously there is a difference in importance between the two, but does one count as “part of war” and the other as a political assassination?

      Both are liable to get you a declaration of war on your front door if you’re not Israel, but one is certainly more provocative.
