Keychron has plenty of ISO layouts (I’m on ISO QWERTZ fr_ch on all my 3 keychrons)
I’m not sure of the exact model but it looks like a Q* or K* pro (EDIT: Q6 Pro). They now have the HE series that I really really want for the colors. But NO, I must resist!
I have what I believe to be the same model as shown in the picture albeit with an ISO layout. So yes, it’s definitely a thing. Good luck if you want to find replacement key caps if you get bored by the stock ones though.

Which Keychron model is it? I like the look of it, but need one with an ISO layout and that’s the problem with cool keyboards most of the time :/
