Chat nn/pfp not saving to account

Perchance - Create a Random Text Generator@lemmy.worldEnglish · 1 day ago

So I really love to just vibe in the chat, but any time I close my browser and re open it, or if my phone is off for too long and the browser refreshes, my account will stay logged in but my pfp and nickname have to be re entered. I wanted to know if that was normal or not. If not, how would I fix this? I’ve used opera gx and safari both and it’s the same. I use iPhone mobile browser

Your browser did that, stop using iPhone and safari because they sucks. Or stop cleaning up cache cookies and history. The Perchance account is irrelevant to chat account and nicknames.

4. Only post about stuff related to perchance.

Please only post about perchance related stuff like generators on it, bugs, and the site.

5. Refrain from requesting Prompts for the AI Tools.

We would like to ask to refrain from posting here needing help specifically with prompting/achieving certain results with the AI plugins (text-to-image-plugin and ai-text-plugin) e.g. “What is the good prompt for X?”, “How to achieve X with Y generator?”
