ITT: Turns out a lot of fitness advisers didn’t have dads.
It’s easier to not eat them in the first place. Why eat 2000 calories a day, and then go running for 2 hours to burn 1000 calories off? That’s like filling up your tank and then doing extra work to burn them off. Just don’t put them in at all.
We appreciate the advice, but check what community you’re in.
My answer -was- easier though. Don’t put the pizza in the oven, just eat less. :)
Having something easy and burning calories are incompatible goals.
Closest thing is something that requires effort that you find enjoyable or rewarding.
