      You see, if you get rid of 1, then they’re easily replaced.

      But if you get rid of 50, 100, or 500, it’s harder to replace them.

        if you get rid of 500 you might have gotten rid of all of them in a given country.

        still, the power structure will leave a vacuum someone will take.
