    Responding to the alcohol bit, it’s a real eye opener once you realize that even if you don’t drink enough to feel hungover the next day it makes you feel depressed and anxious. I like my bourbon but geez you can’t even have one drink as you get older.

      i wish that were true in my case; i didn’t touch a drop when i was young, so a single drink used to be enough, but now i have have a dozen and i barely feel tipsy.

        During and after COVID I drank too much and was the same way. A month before my child was born I suddenly had the ability to drop to a normal level of drinking, CDC recommended level, and not it affects me wildly. Maybe give a few weeks break and see how you feel. It’s cheaper!

          yes, i’m always on one tolerance break or another when it comes to alcohol, weed, caffeine, and sex; somehow those last 2 are always the most difficult. lol
