Proton has just left Mastodon, probably because too many people called them out on the CEO’s views.
Weird how the reaction is almost always “NUH UH BETTER DOUBLE DOWN REALLY HARD” and almost never “wow a lot of people think this way, maybe I should find out why”
Been a long time since I stopped finding that funny.
Not everyone succumbs to peer-pressure like you do.
Good on them. People like you need to understand that brow beating is not the way to get what you want and doesn’t make you right.

I remember for some time following a LibreWolf community that was hosted on Lemmy from my Mastodon account and wondering why all the LibreWolf team was doing was reposting Lemmy comments (some of which I’d already seen on Lemmy). Then I figured out what was going on, now I know a lot more about ActivityPub. :D
Fun, I just downloaded their browser on one of my linux machines and I have been liking it so far.
