What a society we have. I went ahead and donated, tried it out. (What do you want from me?!) Thought it was definitely interesting enough to warrant discussion, what do you think? Good cause? Tarnishes it?

Just make sure folks if you decide to donate - definitely, definitely do not trade pics at all. Do not send them in DMs. Do not share them via Matrix ( @scrubbles:halflings.chat ).

    This is clearly a scam. From her official FB account:

    BEWARE OF FAKE MILANAS. I will never reach out to anyone and ask for money. Pease watch out for scammers.

    How to tell it’s a scam:

    1. She did not post it on any of her official socials
    2. It’s a random domain that she’s never used before.
    3. It just links to a random GoFundMe, with no way to attribute it back to the website. A real “experiment” would at least have attribution.
    4. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

    I honestly thought y’all were smarter than this…
