It’s often hard for neurotypical people to understand this, which I get. But it really can be traumatic

I wouldn’t say that I get traumatized by social interactions going wrong but it definitely gets stuck in my head for a while; I keep thinking about what I could have done differently, even if it wasn’t really my fault.
