In medieval times, when you had the flu, the prescription was lots of water. Not to flush your system and keep you hydrated as is modern wisdom, but to balance your humors, which is made-up nonsense.

When playing through games with both shooting and driving (or horseback riding in RDR2) I keep my controller handy and swap between it and mkb. I find I generally prefer walking around with a controller until I need to shoot; I end up using the controller 75% of the time.
I lived in Abbotsford for a while. They have a KKK problem and the churches on every corner throw book burnings. Plus, organized crime drug wars! For a time it was the murder capital in Canada. It looks like a small, boring suburban town but it is a horrible place. The Christian right have all the political power and this is the result.

As would FFXIV.

I remember exploring the Road Rash files as a kid and each bike sound was a single short click that just repeated rapidly. Times have changed.
There’s the odd rumour here and there of a TV series, which is where this series would be better than films if done right. But alas, these these rumours stay rumours.
It’s more than acceptance, its saying its the little imperfections that make something even more endearing than if they were perfect. A bit of wabi-sabi gives character, or makes things feel less sterile, or more natural. Perfection can be less pleasant than imperfection. Not always, I want my airplane engines made perfectly. But something like handmade clay plates and bowls with wabi-sabi are great.
Huh, it’s got some similarities to the Persian flaw, thinking about it. The intentional inclusion of an error in Persian rugs as perfection is for God alone. Imperfection is human.
Strange women in unimatrices distributing nanoprobes is no system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not some farcical technological indoctrination.
Triops: tiny freshwater horseshoe crab looking guys. You can buy their eggs for cheap online and raise and breed your own. Easier and cheaper than SeaMonkeys.
I just upgraded my cpu in a long time too! Everything that could go wrong, did. I had to flash my bios a few times, straighten some pins, clean out some thermal paste from the socket, but after 3 days I figured it all out and got it working. Getting a build working after lots of problems is so fulfilling, it’s almost worth the years of life I lost from stress.
Yeah! I liked that one too!
The best thing I ever did TV wise was ignoring fan opinions about shows I want to watch before watching it. Hive minds plant seeds and set expectations, you can’t even passively read it. You gotta shut it out and avoid it. I really liked Kenobi, I think more people would have too if they didn’t see the angry reddit nerds picking it apart, coloring their first watch.
Kavanaugh should have a foam dome connected to his asshole. Boofing beers with the boys!
Their justification is that they need the PSN to moderate the community; right now they can’t ban anyone, and only didn’t launch with this requirement because it wasn’t ready. But now the temporary grace period is ending. You need to agree to terms and services by signing up for PSN, including PSN codes of conduct they enforce in every game. Without that, they can’t ban you for conduct you didn’t agree to.
The counter argument is that they didn’t make it clear enough that this was an eventuality, and that they could and should find alternate means to moderate their PC community that doesn’t exclude so many players.
I suspect this is more about policing third party monetization than community moderation.
That’s why I too am not a believer in horseshoe theory and actually agree that communism hasn’t been practiced properly before. A peaceful emancipation of the common person is still unpracticed. If this is all tankies said, I’d be fine with it. But they say communism has never been practiced before along side arguments that the Soviet Union and China are communist. They are parroting real modern communists without understanding them and mixing in their revisionist history to create a paradox they don’t seem too concerned about.
I think it’s more about rebelling against their Reagan loving, USSR hating dads than sound political theory.
Right? Magic is real in Dune, we don’t don’t need a hard sci fi reason for every missing technology frank Herbert didn’t think of in 1965.
The client software is the big one. ModDB has the others but is all but dead save for a few old titles. Vortex really did Nexus a lot of favours; it’s turned into a great program, making modding easy for non-techie users.
So you’re an asshole, using religion as an excuse to berate and bully people, got it.
