Have you tried Claritin or the ones with pseudoephedrine combo? I usually recommend that first to my patients, Xyzal and Zyrtec (basically the same thing) causes a bit more drowsiness. Pataday 0.7% also is an option as an eyedrop for your eyes, and Flonase. Worst comes to worst, Astepro spray but I hate that shit because it leaves a weird taste in the throat when it drips back. I rarely recommend that.

I mean if you put it in baseball terms, they are quad-A and not triple A (Championship equivalent minor league), but not at all Major League quality.
