Hello! I just joined this server (and Lemmy as a whole, really). I’m so pleased to have found this place!

Tiny introduction: I work professionally in the alternative energy sector (hybrid grid control systems), and live almost completely off-grid with the exception of my ISP. I’m also part of a local vegan & nature conservation group in my town. These things bring me joy.

I think this place will be so cool to chat to similar people from other countries about these things!
