1 day agoReceiving a grant doesn’t mean that they’re beholden to the grantor or automatically make their opinions propaganda. That’s like saying Mr. Rogers was a propagandist for teaching kids to be kind to one another because PBS receives federal grant money.
RT is literally state television owned by the Russian Government. They’re not a third party receiving grants, they’re 100% owned and operated by the government.
