love all the folks getting annoyed by this who clearly didn’t read the actual proposal

Primarily playing Victoria 3 since the new expansion came out earlier this month. Not verified on the deck but it (along with most paradox games) works like a charm on the deck though it can have some small slowdowns towards the end game.
