And it is laughable that he would write this article lamenting NIMBYism as the sole cause of the housing crisis compared to the tight-fisted greed of the landlord class and corporations. He continues to valorize “growth” and “prosperity” without addressing the Ponzi scheme that is real estate, which, according to his very own growth doctrine, requires infinite growth in value, lest it symbolize a decline in the economy.
