I dug as far as I could, and really the only thing I could find is that Bandera was a Plast scout, and they were created for “nationalist goals”. Not particularly objectionable, all things considered, but still some soft propaganda.
“Definitively” as in that’s what’s being reported, but I haven’t seen anything more conclusive. I think Trump’s campaign says he’s ok. I’m not sure if he’s made a statement.

My 2 cents? You really don’t want to have to fix shit yourself, and property management companies are only worth contracting with for multiple properties.
You don’t want to be a shitbag landlord that doesn’t fix anything, and you don’t want the risk of having to drop $5000 on a random repair that pops up.
