If it’s in an uncompressed encode you could trancode it to HEVC or AV1, which should cut the size by 1/3. Though some older phone might not be able to play AV1.
Alternativly you could convert it to a lower resolution.

Just judging from your deleted post title it should be quite obvious. Do you need to an explaination of the what the words “to annoy” or “to mock” mean?
Extensive use of emojis and abbreviations is a good indicator.
You don’t need a knife for that.

Shitty deal.
That’s literally the first account I blocked on lemmy.

Oh yeah, that’s a great example!
Yeah, those are arachnids.
Insects probably can’t get fat.
There is some flexibility between segments in the abdomen to allow for some stretching but not enough for significant expansion. Bedbugs for example hardly change size after feeding.
But if we expand the definition of “bug” a bit and include arachnids, then things look different. These have very flexible abdomens than can expand significantly. Prime example would be ticks, which get really, really “fat” after feeding.

I personally use ffmpeg on the command line, but I think there are some apps that add an UI for easier use.
Plex media server can also do some pre-set conversions. Either way you probably want to do that on a computer, it take a couple of hours to convert a movie even on my i9 CPU.
