Got up at 3:30am after pizza-induced crazy dreams and heat and going to sleep early. Am now finally sat at computer forcing myself to do the last minute uni work I need to do before meeting my supervisor.
…of course, I want to do literally anything but that. Sinking feeling that I will not get to “enjoy” the public holidays much as I’m so behind on everything. My brain thinks of calhoon’s gorgeous hammock photo from yesterday and is engulfed in sadness.
Also, what the fuck it’s so hot in my apartment. Or I’m just really feeling it. I have to have the AC on in my south facing living room that has had the blinds closed all day…
OKAY. This meeting is at 9am and I need to be out of my house by 8:50 am so I better get cracking now. Headphones on, The Trip at full blast, let’s go
