They finished the match very strongly, after Merino was sent off. If Konate hadn’t tried to snap Lewis-Skelly’s neck on that final corner, they would have snatched a winning goal.
Speed watched this when I woke up. Was very worried that it would end in a massacre after those first two goals. So, it was a very good point, in context. To come back, despite running on the sniff of an oily rag, is laudable. 🔴⚪️
