If Trump ends NATO he will go down in history as one of the US’s unintentionally best US Presidents for all of Humanity.
How so?
NATO is essentially a millitary alliance of the largest Imperialist powers, without getting rid of NATO the global south has a very hard time building up. NATO is more of a guarantee of US supremacy than anything else.

Absolutely, the memes about Trump being hand-picked by God not to restore the US Empire like Evangelicals believe, but to end it, may yet prove more accurate than not. I may be an Atheist but that would certainly be a funny outcome.
