I just use a pi-hole to block my LG TV from connecting to any services I have not approved. So it can connect to YouTube but not lg.trackingservices.brainscanner.com. Never seen an ad on my TV.

Wildstar! It was the best playing mmo I’ve ever seen. The platforming was neat, the world was varied and cool, there was player housing with almost endless customisation! I miss that game.

Well yeah. The U.S is currently a Russian puppet state. This is known by pretty much every intelligence agency around the world by now. They did it to the U.K too but has so far mostly failed in the rest of Europe. Russia has been pumping money into right wing movements and making allies across the western world for decades and put up a lot of politicians with cushy jobs in exchange for services rendered.

What the point is? To cripple your competition. Nintendo is actively discouraging game development. If Nintendo was a human they would be garbage. Since they’re not human, everyone who choose to work for them is garbage.

Haven’t had the urge to buy a Nintendo game since the GameCube. Sure, the Wii was fun at parties back in the day but that’s about it. I’ve tried the new Mario and Zelda games but they always look and feel like low effort garbage meant to snare the same crowd as “Disney adults”.

Same old song in every country. Trying to talk actual economics with someone who votes for the right shows how little they care about facts and how much their decisions are based on feelings and what they’re told by the people they consider their superiors.

I’m currently a stay at home husband who does all the cooking, cleaning and dishes. I never felt manlier and have never been so attractive to women (according to my wifes friends at least). Looking forward to our first child arriving soon.

I have plenty of single male friends who seem stuck in their early 20s (even though they’re approaching 40). Their only care in the world seem to be “the economy” (something they barely understand), and whatever the newest *-maxxing scam is being promoted on Instagram that will magically make women gravitate towards them. They’re all pretty good looking and mostly nice people. The main problem being that they’re cheapskates and won’t lift a finger for anything not directly benefitting themselves. They don’t know how to cook, and learning anything unrelated to their jobs is seen as a “waste of time”.

I’m very happy I didn’t get stuck in that sort of rut as I’ve seen how easy it was for my friends.
