This is where Trident killers come in handy. Counts as a player kill and if you enchant it you don’t have to drop as far.

I’d be interested in a bedrock RP light server. All the interesting ones I found in the past were Java based because mods used to enhance the RP aspects.
Or even an adult based server with real enforced rules. I have a life and no interest in dealing with literal children or coming on for a few hours of my weekend to find all of my work demolished because some idiot got bored.
I used one to manage inventory at a bar. More cost effective, single developer instead of a big corporation so I could have features added. It also never harassed me to use other products, and didn’t spam me beyond letting me know when there were updates to apply.
Maybe not this particular tree, but yeah. Shelves, house framing and siding, etc. We’re a horrible greedy little species.
Goods Unite Us is another similar app, showing which companies donate to political parties. It does have some paywall issues but it’s better that nothing.

I left during the first mass exodus. I miss the large active communities and the wealth of knowledge.
But I don’t eat meat, I don’t wear name brand clothing, I don’t give evil corporations any more money to than is absolutely necessary (we all need gasoline), and I DON’T GO BACK TO REDDIT.
Even worse. Many of our ancient forests were cut into boards for personal profit.
We could always eat the rich.
Regenerative Agriculture / Permaculture
If you plan to lease out to a farmer, find one that won’t fill it with herbicides and pesticides. And maybe look to only lease part of it while you work to recover other parts.
I’m looking to buy land that needs to be recovered and have the budget that will likely lead me to a place like this that doesn’t have direct road access. Good luck!
Same boat here (PNW big bearded dude). I actually got handed a 'White Pride’s card last week. Before I had the full beard nobody ever said racists shit to me unless it was accusatory. Now they think I’m on their side.
Doesn’t help that I’m into survivalism, permaculture, and off-grid living. I’m constantly fighting the algorithm that wants to feed me ultra conservative bullshit.
Brings a new meaning to ‘pack animal’
I hadn’t even considered that. I guess I’ve been lucky with all of my past trades? I did some looking at information and studies from several universities.
I’ll probably still trade because most of it can be treated. I know I save and offer good seeds, but I’ll likely check any seeds I get or treat them to be sure.
If anyone else is interested, here is a link to a PDF that had some of the better information on treating seeds.

I hesitate because I’m not sure I have the time or dedication to moderate one.
Also, there are so many communities that are inactive, I feel like it might just be yet another empty one. I’d rather see more engagement in places like this that could really use the additional traffic.
The only reason I didn’t just start a post to do so is that I’m not sure it’d be allowed or if maybe there’s already people doing this somewhere else. I don’t want to take focus away from them either.
If there’s enough interest here I would totally create a new post with guidelines to help people connect. Also, this requires trading personal information somehow and that can get weird. I’m not worried about it, but I expect other people would be.
You know what you do with broken clocks?
Throw that shit away.
Dishwater Gnomes
Cover songs of 90s alternative at x2.5 speed and an octave higher.
I subscribed to all sorts of newsletters, and at least one was dinosaur specific. I would also write professors at local colleges with questions and usually get a response.
Also worked at the library and could order just about any book available. At that point most libraries would order books if they didn’t have them already.
But mostly newsletters and science journals until BBS became more common and user friendly when we first started having available computers.
Chicken Coup
I remember looking for the grocery carts with built in ashtray.
