I so badly want to throw a sickie tomorrow but I’m not going to.

Am hour went past in what felt like seconds playing with the pedal.

    Yeeeeeeha!

    Goodnight all ❤️

I’m not sure if it’s in your work policy but don’t throw a sickie tomorrow or you might need a medical certificate for being next to a public holiday. (Good Friday)

Saw the movie Mickey 17. It was OK. Felt like with the premise it should have been better but seemed like something was missing. 3/5 popcorns.

They seemed to like the drawn tutorial (with the original video credited of course) so I whacked up part 2 - someone followed them both and posted their results. There you go. I’ve made my first few tutorials and kinda become a teacher to others.

Now to actually learn how to draw myself and not teach people bad habits 🤪

I managed to get another weeks worth of antibiotics which will hold me til I can see my regular gp.

I feel heavy as lead and like I’ve been beaten by a sack of hammers. The anxiety has been bad today too which can be the low phosphate. The phosphate supplement has to be ordered in and costs $70-ish…

    spoiler

I could have just tried to supplement at home with a dark fizzy drink containing phosphoric acid (ie. Pepsi, Coke, cola, root beer or Dr Pepper) but can’t have the caffeine they usually contain.

I would have to buy a more expensive syrup online and mix it with generic carbonated water.

I remember when I got the infusion for the first time, the doctor googled in front of me what foods contain phosphate.

He said, “We don’t want you consuming sugary drinks and highly processed fast food, but in this case, it will help those phosphate levels.”

Just got a “how and why to vote liberal” flyer in the mailbox. There are two candidates in my seat - a Labor and a Green. Good work on the analytics there fellas.

Did some adulting with bank accounts. Not only has the old Bond paid for the new door but there is no need to double count pennies unless we find a Must that has to be ordered Right Now. Utterly astonished.

Several buckets of paint stripper it is.

Different name, but orange based stuff we got from the mob you recommended. Takes a bit to cook but nowhere the awful stench of some others.

I shook off my lethargy to gently gyme.

I’m now home and contemplating being in bed by six. It sounds pleasant

Well, despite barely sleeping at all out of frustration and resentment and the heat, I seem to have woken up feeling alright and the day was rather pretty and fun for what it was, once i realised other deadlines were going to have to get tossed out beyond my control

Still got a lot of uni stuff to do before meeting tomorrow and I had banked on a short office day today to give me more time. Am now exhausted and about to see psych after which I rarely feel like doing and work but we’ll see… maybe I’ll reward myself with pizza tonight if I can get it all done.

My psychologist, psychiatrist and someone in my personal life who is not a friend or family member all think I have autism. None of them know each other, and have just told me that coincidentally at the same time. Unfortunately, it would explain a lot. I didn’t even think of it until they said it.

Based on the questionnaires I filled out, it seems likely, but I haven’t been through the formal diagnostic process.

It can help me understand myself and put a name to some of the struggles I’ve faced. Also how to deal with them.

it will also knock a lot of self loathing and anxiety on the head.

No, you’re not difficult, you literally just run different software. And you’ll stop kicking yourself for not being able to run contrary to your specs
