    No dude, you’re underestimating Iran’s regime. When I still lived in Iraq, they would literally pay school children pocket change so they could stand around and manufacture a crowd while their propped up proxy politicians give a pro-Iranian speech. This is their genuis idea to convince Iraqis that they’re actually popular in our communities.

          And im saying i don’t see a huuuuuge difference.

          The americans are a bit better on balance right now, but trying their best to be much much worse. So im considering the two about even.

            And I’m telling you that you lack perspective. I actually lived in both regions. I’ve seen this first hand. Trump is trying to speed run us into an autocracy, but Iran is way past that point. If a regime change happened and the current theocracy was replaced by a flawed autocracy, that would still be seen as a big improvement by many Iranians.

      Do you think that America doesn’t do similar shit on an infinitely larger scale? Because we do. Fuck paying for a crowd, WE OVERTHROW DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED LEADERS.
