We never have any issues, why do we keep all these IT people around? Let’s get rid of them.
When you’re hated and incompetent, blaming the people you hate for your incompetence is a convenient scapegoat.
I suspect X was down because they screwed something up internally. When you’ll never be required to prove anything, you can scream you’re being hacked / ddos’d til the cows come home and rubes will believe you.
Incompetence does not equal malfeasance.

I don’t believe anything that comes out of his mouth. but if they were ukrainian ips that would be an amazing troll, assuming they’d be using vpns of course.
He’s been lying for years and still so many believe what he says. In any case, any group doing this would be at the very least spoofing their IP’s anyway wouldn’t they?
